Livingston Commons was a seven unit townhome development proposed to the city of St. Paul for construction on company owned land owned less than a mile outside of downtown St. Paul.  Special city financing was required to make the project feasible, and ultimately the project was not undertaken. 

During the development process, however, pre-sale efforts proved the interest and demand for such housing in close proximity to the riverfront and the downtown area.  We correctly identified the trend, but about 5 years too early!
